James Mounce is an experienced sales and business development professional with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Fireside Hearth & Home since December 2014, Mounce focuses on enhancing the customer buying experience through educational and immersive product presentations. Prior experience includes business development at Capital Group of Companies, where access to new and used car dealers was key, and ownership and partnership at Outland Cigar, specializing in luxury gifts and cigars. Mounce also held significant roles at ARDEX, Laticrete International, Premier Tile, and Ceramic Design, showcasing a strong foundation in sales management, technical sales, and operations. Mounce holds a B.A. in Social Sciences with a focus on Psychology from UC Irvine, complemented by various educational pursuits at multiple community colleges.
