Erma Martin has been employed in the professional workforce since 2012. Erma began their career as a Sales Representative for American Income Life. Erma then moved on to work as a Customer Service Representative for Safelite AutoGlass, followed by an Administrative Assistant position at DialAmerica. In 2013, Erma Martin began their current role as an Account Manager for Fireproof Records Center, while also taking on a Sales Support role for Fireproof.

Erma Martin attended GIA (Gemological Institute of America) from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a degree in Gemology. Erma also attended Lynchburg-Clay High School in Lynchburg, Ohio from 1964 to 1968, where they obtained an Ohio health and life insurance degree.
