Ben Katz is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and technical support. Currently serving as the Director of Professional Services at Vital Records Control since March 2020, Ben previously held multiple roles at Fireproof Records Center from November 2000, including Solutions Architect and Marketing/Technical Support, where responsibilities included assisting Sales and IT teams and developing marketing materials. Earlier in career, Ben supervised the transportation fleet as a Transportation Supervisor, managing scheduling and employee evaluations. Ben's military background includes serving as an Aviation Structural Mechanic and Shop Maintenance Supervisor in the US Navy from February 1996 to February 2000. Ben is a graduate of Gahanna Lincoln High School, class of 1994.
