Demos Kallis started their work experience as a Senior Accountant at Chris Joannou Public Ltd. in November 2007 and held that position until May 2011. Demos then joined P.T. Hadjigeorgiou Co Ltd as a Senior Accountant from June 2011 to November 2011. In November 2011, they became the Chief Accountant at FirePro, where they are currently employed.

Demos Kallis attended the University of Patras from 1997 to 2002, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1998, they obtained a LCCI Higher Diploma "Credit" from Saint Nicholas High School in Limassol.
