Janice Webb has extensive experience in customer service management, currently serving as a Customer Service Manager at Fireman's Fund Insurance Co since February 2008, where management of the Customer Service staff in the Entertainment office is a primary responsibility. In addition, Janice has held the position of Operations Manager at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company since 1975, and previously worked as a Customer Service Manager at L A Specialty Produce Company from April 2005 to November 2005, overseeing customer service staff and handling phone orders from high-end restaurant clients. Janice's educational background includes studies at Henry Ford College.
