Jose Carreras has extensive experience in the field service technician role, with a focus on electronic cash handling safes equipment. Jose began their career as a Sub Contractor for Diebold Nixdorf from 2000 to 2007. Jose then worked for FireKing Security Group as a Field Service Technician from 2013 to 2014, and later joined CGH Technologies, Inc. as a Field Service Technician from 2011 to 2015, where they provided corrective maintenance for FAA facilities. Most recently, they have been working as a Team Lead, Field Service Technician for Cennox Safes & Security Products since 2018. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of equipment, as well as installation, calibration, and producing service reports.

Jose Carreras obtained an Associate's degree in Electronics Technology from Interamerican Business College, which they pursued from 1990 to 1992. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as "Solar Energy - Solar Technology and Its Use Worldwide" from Alison in 2022 and "Certified Support Professional - I" from the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) in 2015.
