JJ Liongson, SHRM-CP, serves as the Senior Director of People at FireHydrant and brings extensive experience in human resources leadership from previous roles, including Senior Director and Head of People at Blameless and various positions at ujet.cx, where responsibilities ranged from HR Generalist to Manager of Human Resources. Prior experience also includes roles at Barneys New York as a Personal Shopper and at ibex in HR management focusing on talent acquisition and employee engagement. JJ holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from De La Salle University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Merchandising from the Academy of Art University.
