Kathleen Kirk has had a diverse work experience. Kathleen began their career in 2015 as a Human Resources Payroll Assistant at Ventana Medical Group. In 2016, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at LGS Recreation. In 2017, they transitioned to Controller's Group, Inc. as an Accounting Assistant, where they maintained payroll information, prepared reports, and reconciled processed work. Finally, in 2019, they joined DeVine Consulting, Inc. as a Human Resources Associate, where they were responsible for store new hire paperwork, employee exit procedures, documentation of employee performance reviews, and all other HR-related paperwork. Kathleen also participated in employee onboarding and offboarding processes and procedures, improved onboarding and orientation processes, contributed to implementations and improvements of HR processes, HR policies, and HR information & related systems, maintained executive appointment schedules, answered and screened phone calls, and managed multiple employee security and personnel files.

Kathleen Kirk attended California State University - East Bay from 2017 to 2018, where they earned a Human Resource Management Certificate. Kathleen then attended Notre Dame de Namur University from 2014 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies. Additionally, they hold a Secret Clearance certification from the DoD.
