Batı Dibek's work experience begins in 2014 at Netbook Media, where they worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist until 2015. They then moved on to APH | Archon Programmatic House, where they held the role of Senior Digital Marketing Specialist from 2015 until 2016. After that, they joined Unboxed Agency as a Performance Marketing Executive in 2016 and continued in that role until 2019. Currently, Batı Dibek is working as a Software Engineer at Firefly since October 2019.

Batı Dibek completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Software Engineering from Boğaziçi University from the years 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from the same university, studying from 2010 to 2016.
