Erin Packer is a seasoned professional in behavioral health and customer service with diverse experience since 2006. Currently serving as a Behavioral Health Technician at Firefly Autism since March 2020, Erin holds a significant role in providing support for individuals with behavioral needs. Erin has also been a dedicated pet sitter with Rover.com since January 2017, offering pet care services and regular updates to owners. Previous experience includes working as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks and a Behavior Technician at Pathfinder Progress LLC, where Erin implemented behavior analytic services for children. Earlier roles included serving at Lemongrass Thai Bistro and providing administrative support at Remax Business. Erin earned a degree in Psychology and Biology from Otterbein University and studied Sign Language Education and Interpretation at Columbus State Community College.
