Louise Cunningham has had a varied and successful career. Louise began their career in 2009 as an Assistant Manager/Maestro at Caffe Nero, where they were responsible for providing high standards of customer service, taking orders, managing stock and orders, and leading a team. In 2010, they took on a General Assistant role at Blue Parrot Events Company, where they provided high standards of customer service when dealing with enquiries over the phone or in the showroom. In 2011, they were a Christmas Coordinator at Living Ventures Restaurants Ltd. From 2012 to 2013, Louise worked at G1 Group PLC as a Sales and Events Coordinator at The Corinthian Club, and at Search Consultancy as a Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Coordinator, and Recruitment Administrator for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games. In 2014, they were a Venue Protocol Manager at Glasgow 2014 Limited, and at Firefish Software\u00ae, they held the roles of Director of Customer, Associate Director of Customer, Queen of Success, Queen of Onboarding, and Happiness Specialist.

Louise Cunningham began their educational journey at Queen Margaret Academy, where they obtained their Highers/Intermediates in Biology, Physical Education, and English between 2000 and 2006. Louise then attended Ayr College to obtain their HNC in Tourism between 2006 and 2008. Finally, they attended Edinburgh Napier University to obtain their BA Honours in Festival, Events, and Marketing Management between 2008 and 2011.
