Alexey Hlyavich has been working in the tech industry since 2011. Alexey began their career at Dual Lab as a Software Engineer. In 2016, they moved to SVAPS Systems, where they held the roles of Dev and QA Team Lead and Software Engineer. In 2020, they joined Firedome, where they currently serve as Customer Project Manager, East Europe Site Manager, and Site Manager.

Alexey Hlyavich graduated from Belarusian State University in 2013 with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, having started their studies in 2008.
