Darya Holikava is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in personnel development, recruitment, and organizational management across various industries. Currently serving as the HR Manager at Firebird Tours since November 2021, Darya has previously held roles as an IT-Recruiter at HRPR | IT-Recruiting school and as a self-employed HR Manager. With earlier positions as a Human Resources Specialist and a Lawyer at CJSC Agrobioresurs, as well as a Director Personal Assistant at JSC “Belvtorpolymer,” Darya has developed a diverse skill set that includes employee motivation strategies, corporate event organization, and contract management.
