Damon Brewer has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Damon started their career in 2000 as a Vice President/Project Manager at Competitive Chemical. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as an MRO Project Manager at Chemical Solvents. In 2009, Damon joined USEC Inc. as an Associate Operator. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at URENCO USA, where they held multiple roles including Chemistry Technician, URESNCO USA Construction Project Manager, and UUES Business Manager. Damon then joined Clopay Building Products in 2015 as a Process Tech II. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Whirlpool Corporation as a Third Shift Superintendent. In 2021, Damon joined BESCO as a Senior Commercial Project Manager and held the role until 2023. Currently, they are working as a Senior Project Manager at FIRE & PUMP SERVICE GROUP.

Damon Brewer pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning with their enrollment at Ohio Wesleyan University in 1997. During this time, they focused their studies on Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies. In 1998, Brewer transferred to Otterbein University, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry in 2001. Following the completion of their undergraduate studies, they briefly attended New Mexico Junior College from 2011 to 2012, earning an Associate's Degree in Business Entrepreneurship. Finally, in 2014, Brewer enrolled at the University of the Southwest and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Strategic Management.
