Jennifer Dunphy, PMP, CTS, currently serves as General Manager at Fire Equipment Incorporated since December 2018. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Director of Client Services at VisionPoint LLC from January 2009 to December 2018. In this role, responsibilities included managing AV integration projects and enhancing customer service operations. Earlier, Jennifer was the Owner and Operations Manager of A & A Exercise Repair and Maintenance LLC, where expertise in cardio and strength equipment repair was demonstrated. Educational qualifications include a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute and a Certified Technology Specialist designation from InfoComm International.
