Kim Elith currently serves as the Director of Learning P-12 at Firbank Grammar School, a position held since April 2021, focusing on the development and evaluation of quality teaching practices. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Curriculum at Queenwood School from January 2015 to March 2021, where responsibilities included whole school leadership and professional development for K-12 staff. Earlier positions include Project Co-ordinator for the Staff Review and Development Framework and Head of English at Saint Ignatius' College, Riverview, and various teaching roles at SHORE School, Moriah College, and Tara Anglican School for Girls. Kim holds a Master of Education in Curriculum Development and Design and a Bachelor of Education in Secondary Education from the University of Sydney.
