Michael Kotey is an experienced Associate Producer at Firaxis Games since June 2014, with a robust background in quality assurance and project management. Prior roles include QA Project Lead at Pole To Win America and e4e Interactive Entertainment, where Michael managed teams of QA Analysts, communicated with clients, and oversaw training and performance tracking. Michael's expertise extends to the creation and revision of test plans, bug tracking, and automation testing, with a foundational degree in Simulation and Digital Entertainment from the University of Baltimore.
