Charles Dreyer Dufer has extensive experience in procurement and operational management, currently serving as Responsable d’exploitation materiel, Responsable achats, and Coordonnateur Achats at FIRALP since September 2010. Key achievements include the deployment of production and non-production procurement policies, broadening the purchasing portfolio, and implementing supplier evaluation and activity reporting systems. Charles has successfully managed a team of nine, focused on process improvement to increase volume handling without additional staffing while ensuring reliable delivery timelines. Prior to this, Charles worked as an Acheteur at Boulanger from December 2005 to December 2008 and gained initial experience as a vendeur in the home appliances department while studying at Clermont School of Business, where a degree was obtained between 2006 and 2010.
