Ellen Giepmans is an experienced professional in the social services sector, currently serving as Directeur and Manager of Strategy and Policy at Fiom since October 2011. Prior to this role, Ellen worked as a Beleidsmedewerker at Stichting Ambulante Fiom from October 2003 to February 2011, and earlier as a Persoonlijk begeleider at Cello from 2001 to 2004, where support was provided to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Ellen holds a Master's degree in Algemene Sociale Wetenschappen from Utrecht University, obtained between 2000 and 2003, and a degree from Avans University of Applied Sciences, completed from 1996 to 2000.
