Suja Ramakrishnan has worked in various roles in the IT industry since 1997. Suja began their career at Tata Consultancy Services as a Configuration Management Deployment Specialist/Change Manager. In this role, they successfully tailored and implemented a Mainframe Software Configuration Management System for GE Capital GCF (UK), Leeds, in a record time of 6 months. Suja also conducted a Business Process Redesign of the entire Change Management & Deployment Procedure for Software release using Six Sigma tools and RUP methodology. In 2001, they joined UST Global as a Project Change Manager and Business Analyst. In 2004, they became a freelance trainer/consultant working on an independent basis, actively involved in providing training/consulting, public workshops for leading clients like HP, Robert Bosch, Siemens, Philips, Tesco, IBM, etc. In 2017, they worked as a GDPR Business Analyst for a Global Property Management company. In 2018, they joined BGC Partners as a Business Analyst - Data and Process modelling - Business change. In 2019, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst/ IT Project Manager at Wh Smith Retail and a Consultant - Enterprise Business Analyst/Architect at Colliers International. In 2020, they joined Trenear Consulting as the Director. Currently, they are the Vice President of Marketing at Finzly.

Suja Ramakrishnan completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore from 1993 to 1997. Suja also studied Physical Sciences at Vanavani Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Chennai from 1991 to 1993. Suja has also completed certifications from AXELOS, IBITGQ and SCRUM.ÂÜÀòÂÒÂ× in PRINCE 2 Practitioner, GDPR Practitioner and PROFESSIONAL SCRUM MASTER PSM1 respectively.
