Rick Gouse began their work experience in 1991 as a PC Tech at Ben & Jerry's. Rick then moved on to a sales executive role at IDX Systems in 1998. From 2006 to 2015, they held various roles at GE Healthcare, including sales executive, agile product owner, and senior product manager. In 2015, they became the Director of Product Management at GE Healthcare. Most recently, in 2019, Rick joined FinThrive as the Vice President of Product Management.

Rick Gouse attended the University of Vermont from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Economics.
