Richard Wessels has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Richard is currently working as the VP Treasury & Corporate Services at FinThrive since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Treasurer and VP Finance at Uber Freight from July 2018 to December 2022. Richard was also the VP and Business Unit CFO at Sabre Airline Solutions from June 2016 to June 2018. Richard briefly held the position of Interim CFO at Sabre Asia Pacific from March 2015 to June 2016. Before that, they worked as the VP & Controller at Travelocity from November 2011 to March 2015. Richard has also held various positions at Sabre Holdings, including VP Finance - Shared Services, Director of Treasury and Risk Management, and Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. Richard started their career as a Staff Accountant at Affiliated Computer Services and has also worked as a Sr Financial Analyst at IBM Global Services and GE Capital.

Richard Wessels obtained a BBA in Finance from Saint Louis University in 1991. Richard later pursued an MBA from Emory University - Goizueta Business School from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, they hold a CPA certification from the State of Texas.
