Long Chen has worked in various roles for four different companies since 2010. Their first job was as a Financial Analyst for China Securities Co., Ltd from 2010 to 2012. During this time, they collected financial data and offered investment advice to clients, increasing investment product sales by an additional $1.2M. From 2012 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Management Consultant and Management Consultant for Nanjing Herui Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. During this time, they led a 10-member team to serve a Fortune 10 company, managing daily operations, planning, contracts, inventory, quality and developing commercial projects, resulting in $2M revenue within 1.5 years. Long also forecasted the demand and investment volume of inventory materials in a province and city levels, maintaining optimum inventory while saving 11% of budget cost. From 2017 to 2018, Long Chen worked as a Sourcing Internship for Jiangsu Electric Power Company. During this time, they negotiated a $350K capital equipment contract with three suppliers, saving $45K in sourcing. Since 2018, they have been working as a Product & Consulting Manager for FinTell Financial Services.

Long Chen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industry Engineering from Southeast University in 2010. Long then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University, which they completed in 2018. Long is also a CFA level 2 candidate.
