Raluca Belu, PMP, currently serves as Program Delivery Manager and Engagement Manager at FintechOS since August 2021. Prior to this role, Raluca was an IT Project Manager at Raiffeisen Bank Romania from June 2019 to July 2021 and a Business Consultant at Temenos from May 2018 to June 2019. Raluca's experience includes project management, functional application support, and loan administration at Bank Leumi Romania S.A., where responsibilities spanned from provider selection to drafting internal regulations. Raluca's educational background includes a Master's in Marketing and Negotiation from Dimitrie Cantemir Christian University and a degree in Finance, Insurance, Banks, and Stock Exchange from the Academy of Economic Studies.
