Noelle Beta has a diverse work experience spanning 15 years. In 2019, they joined FinTech Studios as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Ninth Wave as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. From 2015-2019, they were Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Trendyx INC and Trendyx Labs, an e-commerce recommendation engine using artificial intelligence. In 2014, they were an Investment and Asset Manager at Independent Investment and Asset Management, where they achieved a 100% value increase in investments within four years with significant cost reduction in large-scale refurbishment projects. From 2004-2015, they were International Business Development Director at ASG Technologies, where they joined as the 15th employee and was part of the leadership team that expanded the company to 240 people. Noelle reported directly to the CEO and served as member of the international pricing strategy committee, achieving 400% growth the first year and doubling revenue annually for each the following four years.

Noelle Beta has a diverse educational background. Noelle attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2009 to 2013 and earned a Bachelor of Sciences in Business & Economics with a field of study in Business - Managerial Economics. Prior to this, they attended ESB Business School, Reutlingen University from 2002 to 2004 and earned an International Business Vordiplom with a field of study in International Business. Noelle also attended PARIS XII from 2000 to 2002 and earned a Pre University Baccalaureat in Economics and Social Sciences.
