Yara Yammine has worked as an HR Manager and Human Resources Coordinator at Fintech Galaxy from 2021 to the present. Yara previously worked as a Secretary at LAU Medical Center-Rizk Hospital from 2020 to 2021. In 2019, they were a Human Resources Intern at the same hospital. Before that, they served as a Head Waitress at Jouri restaurant from 2017 to 2019. Yara also worked as a Human Resources Intern at ITG Holding in 2017 and a Waitress at CAFE DE FLORE from 2015 to 2017. In 2016, they had another internship at ITG Holding.

Yara Yammine obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the Université de Technologie et de Sciences Appliquées Libano-Française, where they studied from 2014 to 2018.

In addition to their degree, Yara Yammine has acquired several certifications in various fields. In November 2020, they completed courses such as "Corporate & Commercial Law I: Contracts & Employment Law," "High Performance Collaboration: Leadership, Teamwork, and Negotiation," "Leading Teams: Developing as a Leader," "Managing Talent," "Personality Types at Work," "Preparing to Manage Human Resources," "Recruiting, Hiring, and Onboarding Employees," and "Work Smarter, Not Harder: Time Management for Personal & Professional Productivity" through Coursera.

Furthermore, in November 2016, Yara Yammine completed an "Introduction to Project Management" course offered by ITG Holding, and in July 2016, they obtained certification in "UAE Labor Law" from PwC's Academy Middle East.

Recently, in June 2021, Yara Yammine obtained the "Think Agile" - Agile Fundamentals certification from Alumni Services.
