Santi Betancur has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. From 2010 to 2014, Santi worked as a Business Banker at Wells Fargo, where they consistently achieved impressive sales metrics and provided a wide range of financial and credit services. From 2014 to 2016, they took a break from corporate work to participate in a GAP Year program through Global Year, where they lived abroad. In 2016, Santi joined FINSYNC as a Client Success Manager and then became a Senior Client Success Manager from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they were promoted to the role of Director of Finance and Treasury at FINSYNC, a position they held until 2022. Currently, Santi is serving as the VP of Finance at FINSYNC.

Santi Betancur completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology & Social Work from Liberty University, where they attended from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they studied Human Services and Case Management at Kennesaw State University from 2010 to 2013, although they did not indicate if they obtained a degree from that institution.
