Dorothy Chen is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience and product design. Currently serving as Design Lead at Finst since January 2022, Dorothy previously held the position of Senior Product Designer at DEGIRO, where contributions included user research and the redesign of key digital assets, significantly enhancing the company's branding. With a background that encompasses roles such as Research Assistant at City University of Hong Kong and UI/UX Designer at BeVoid Limited, Dorothy has demonstrated a strong ability to create user-centered designs and innovate across various projects. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Media and minors in Computer Science and Creative Writing from City University of Hong Kong, complemented by an exchange program at the University of Amsterdam.
