Ignacio Escobar Quintana currently serves as the HR Executive Director for España at Finsolutia, focusing on aligning human capital strategy with company objectives across various departmental areas. In addition, Ignacio is an Advisor in the People & Culture Area at Global LegalTech Hub, a co-founder of ElObservatorio, and co-host of the Talent Boost podcast, which explores contemporary organizational challenges.
