Bálint Molnár, MBA has extensive experience in various roles within the finance and investment sectors. Bálint is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at Finshape since 2018. Prior to this, they served as an Investment Director at Tőkepartner Venture Capital Fund Management Ltd. from 2015 to 2019. Bálint also held the position of Member of the Board of Directors at Alteo Energy Trading Plc. (a subsidiary of Wallis Ltd) from 2009 to 2015.

Furthermore, Bálint has a strong background in venture capital, as evident from their role as Investment Director at Venturio Venture Capital Fund Management Ltd. from 2012 to 2015. During their time there, they managed the foundation and formation of the company and successfully participated in a Jeremie (EU) tender. Bálint was responsible for leading and executing the process of new private equity investments and represented the company in the Board of Directors of the investments. Bálint also implemented value creation initiatives such as financial planning and reporting, formation of business strategy, and cost reduction.

Before entering the venture capital sector, Bálint worked as an M&A Manager at Wallis Zrt. from 2006 to 2014. Bálint also held roles such as Internal Auditor at Milton Financing Ltd. (a subsidiary of Wallis Ltd.), Executive Director at Dplex Real Estate Ltd. (a subsidiary of Wallis Ltd.), and Investment Analyst/Controller at Wallis Investment, Consulting and Asset Management Ltd. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as a Senior Consultant in Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young from 2001 to 2006 and as a Financial & Risk Consultant at Kevin & Thorn Consulting Ltd. from 1999 to 2001.

Bálint Molnár, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Purdue University Daniels School of Business in 2005. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's Degree in Finance, General from Budapest University of Technology and Economics from 1995 to 2000.
