Simon Taylor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and health and safety management within the food industry. Currently serving as Group Operational Excellence Lead and previously holding roles such as Continuous Improvement Manager and Environment, Health, Safety & Continuous Improvement Manager at Finsbury Food Group since May 2018, Simon has a proven record in driving health and safety initiatives. During tenure at Hovis Ltd from 2014 to 2018, Simon coordinated health and safety activities, successfully achieving OHSAS 18001 certification and a ninth consecutive Gold ROSPA award.
