Sarita Tripathi has extensive experience in human resources, holding significant leadership roles in various prominent organizations. Currently serving as CHRO and President of HR at Finolex Industries Ltd, Sarita has previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Capgemini, leading HR for financial services in India. At Vodafone Idea Limited, responsibilities included overseeing HR for finance, commercial, regulatory, legal, and transformation, as well as focusing on culture, diversity, and inclusion. Sarita also contributed to Vodafone’s integration efforts in mergers and acquisitions and managed HR operations for the Maharashtra and Goa regions. Earlier roles at Tata Motors involved heading HR for the passenger vehicles business and managing HR operations for commercial vehicles. Sarita holds an Executive General Management Programme degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and an MBA in IT and HR from the All India Management Association.
