Elina Ala-Hannula is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as the Administrative Coordinator at the Finnish Refugee Council since October 2016, where responsibilities include IT coordination, purchasing, and developing cooperation with international country offices. Previous roles include Executive Assistant, Office Assistant, and a trainee at Visit Espoo, where Elina engaged in stakeholder collaboration and social media management. With a diverse background in customer service, event management, and tourism, Elina has held positions at Finland's National Board of Antiquities and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland. Elina possesses academic qualifications including a Master's Degree in Humanistic Studies from the University of Turku and is currently pursuing a Vocational Qualification in Tourism Industry at Samiedu.
