Minna Laatikainen is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at the Finnish Meteorological Institute since January 2023. Previous roles include HR Manager at the Ministry of Transport and Communications, and Ministerial Adviser at the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. Minna also held positions such as HR Specialist and Planning Officer across various institutions, including the University of Helsinki and KOKO. Educational credentials include a Master of Administrative Sciences with a focus on Environmental Law and Administrative Law from the University of Eastern Finland, as well as coursework in Social Psychology from the University of Tampere.
