Russell Myshasty, MBA, currently serves as AVP of Debt Advisory Services at Finneo, where the focus is on transforming the commercial real estate debt brokerage industry through advanced market intelligence and a proprietary lender matching algorithm. Prior to this role, Russell held various positions including Relationship Manager at RBC Royal Bank of Canada, where responsibilities included assisting commercial real estate investors in portfolio management and capital access, and Business Advisor at CIBC, focusing on client relationship development for large corporate clients. Russell's earlier experience includes roles at RBC as a Commercial Banking Associate and Pricing Analyst, as well as positions at BMO Nesbitt Burns and Bank of Montreal in business development and customer service.
