Cathleen Lull serves as the Vice President of Merchandising and Planning at Finlay Fine Jewelry since 1995, overseeing a merchandising strategy for a $400M business to enhance sales volume and profitability through financial budgets, product development, and promotional strategies. Prior to this role, Cathleen was tasked with launching a new jewelry outlet division for Finlay, managing all aspects from store design to advertising. Cathleen's career began at Macy's in 1984, where nine promotions led to senior executive roles, including Buyer and Merchandise Councilor. A graduate of Fairfield University with a B.S. in Marketing, Cathleen's educational background also includes attendance at Paramus Catholic High School.
