Mike Pellicane started their work experience as an Outside Sales Representative at Bohler-Uddeholm in 1996. Mike then worked as a District Sales Manager at A. Finkl & Sons, Co. from 2000 to 2007. After that, they joined Finkl Steel as a District Sales Manager & Hot Work Die Steel Product Manager from 2007 to 2015. From 2015 onwards, they served as a Regional Sales Manager and is currently working as the Sales Director - Die Steel at Finkl Steel.

Mike Pellicane received their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Benedictine University, where they attended from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree from College of DuPage, attending from 1991 to 1992. In 1989 to 1990, they attended Parkland College, but did not obtain a degree there.
