Mark Harris has worked in the technology sector for over a decade. In 2010, they began working as a PureCloud Sales Engineer and QA Engineer at nCircle Network Security. Mark then moved to Tripwire in 2013, where they worked as a Product Manager and Technical Product Manager until 2019. In 2019, they became a Senior Product Manager at Dragos, Inc. and then in 2020, they joined Finite State as a Senior Solutions Architect, Senior Product Marketing Manager, and Principal Product Manager.

Mark Harris attended Southern Polytechnic State University from 2006 to 2010, studying Computer Software Engineering. In 2017, they obtained Pragmatic Marketing Focus and Pragmatic Marketing Foundations certifications from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI). In 2014, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance.
