Jody McCall brings extensive experience in technology leadership, currently serving as Vice President of Infrastructure, Security & Operations at Finish Line since November 2012, where notable achievements include leading the technology desk's split post-POS Go Live, launching a Service Management Team, and enhancing the Network Operations Center into a 24x7 operational team. Previous roles include Director of Global Customer Services at Aprimo, overseeing support teams across various product lines, and Manager of Client Services and Product Support at Kaplan Financial, managing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams. Jody holds a Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems from Ball State University.
