Nitish Bandle has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Nitish first joined FinIQ Consulting Pvt.Ltd. in 2012 as a Summer Intern. In 2013, they became an Analyst at FinIQ Consulting, and later transitioned to a Solution Consultant role in 2014. In 2015, Nitish was promoted to Product Manager and held this position until 2023. In the same year, they were appointed as the Global Head of Product Management at FinIQ Consulting, emphasizing their growth within the company.

Nitish Bandle completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology in the years 2007-2011. Nitish then pursued a Post Graduate Programme in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad from 2011 to 2013.
