Shane Niblock has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2013 with ASM Chartered Accountants as a Forensic Accounting Assistant. During this time, they summarized financial accounts and care reports for use by accountants to help prepare for court cases, as well as analyzing financial records to try to extract certain data and trends. In 2016, they became an Office Administrator at GAFFER (NI) LIMITED, providing administrative and operational support to the management and gaining knowledge of the company's operating system. In 2018, they took on the role of Mobile Analyst at PwC. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at OCO Global as a Junior Project Manager, Senior Analyst, and Market Research Analyst. In 2022, they also began working at Finimize as a Community Host, and at BCMGlobal as an Asset Manager.

Shane Niblock completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Managerial Economics at the University of Liverpool Management School between 2013 and 2016. Shane then went on to obtain a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Kent between 2016 and 2017. In 2020, they completed the Oxford Fintech Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Shane also holds a PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management from PeopleCert, obtained in 2021, as well as a Bloomberg Market Concepts certification from Bloomberg LP, obtained in 2018.
