Naresh Shirsath has extensive experience in the field of data science and analytics. Naresh is currently working as the Director Data Science at Finicity, a Mastercard Company, where they have received recognition awards and was voted the Best Leader in the company in 2020. Naresh has also contributed to the company's growth by introducing innovative AI products that resulted in a significant increase in revenue. Prior to this role, they worked as a Sr. Technical Manager - Data Science at Finicity.

Before joining Finicity, Naresh served as a Manager - Data Scientist at Capgemini from 2016 to 2020. Naresh also worked as a Data Scientist at LexisNexis Risk Solutions India from 2013 to 2016 and as a Consultant-Analytics at SAS India Inc from 2011 to 2013. Naresh started their career as a Team Lead-Statistician at Cipla and later worked as a Statistician at Grant Medical Foundation, Ruby Hall Clinic, Pune.

Naresh Shirsath holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Naresh pursued this degree, though the exact dates of their enrollment and completion are unknown. Later, from 2005 to 2007, Naresh attended Savitribai Phule Pune University again and obtained a Master's degree in Statistics.

In addition to their formal education, Naresh has obtained various professional certifications. In April 2009, they earned a Base SAS certification from SAS. Naresh also completed a certificate course in German from Symbiosis University in October 2007.
