Damilola Adepoju is a seasoned Footwear Entrepreneur, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of Fini Brand since April 2013, where expertise includes planning and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns. Prior to this, Damilola held the position of Creative Strategist at Herve Leger from October 2019 to August 2021, focusing on the development of footwear and handbag collections. Previous experience includes serving as a Logistics Specialist at JetBlue Airways between July 2014 and June 2018, ensuring efficient operations in compliance with FAR regulations, and a Quality Engineer Coop role at BorgWarner, where component analysis and Auto CAD design were key responsibilities. An early internship at Siemens involved analyzing rural electricity projects in Nigeria. Damilola holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and the University of Leicester, as well as a Master’s degree in International Fashion Marketing from Glasgow Caledonian New York College.
