Phuc Phan Thanh's work experience begins with a current role as Treasury Manager at Finhay since May 2022. Prior to this, Phuc worked at Vietbank (Ngân Hàng TMCP Việt Nam Thương Tín) starting in 2016. At Vietbank, Phuc held the position of Senior Fixed Income trader from April 2020 to February 2023, and prior to that, Phuc was a Fixed Income trader from February 2016 to April 2020.

Phuc Phan Thanh attended the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking. In addition, Phuc has also passed level 2 of the CFA Institute, although the specific timeframe for this achievement is not provided.
