Joshua Bates is a Graduate Design Engineer at Fingleton White since January 2023 and serves as a STEM Ambassador for STEM Learning UK. Previously, Joshua held the position of Junior Researcher at Ferroelectric Catalytic Researching from October 2022 to March 2023 and worked as a Customer Assistant at Tesco from September 2015 to January 2023. Joshua was also a Chemical Engineering Course Representative at Sheffield Hallam Students' Union from September 2020 to May 2021 and a Data Base Inputter at Walnut Medical in the summer of 2015. A brief work placement at PA Consulting occurred in March 2014. Joshua's education includes a Master of Science in Advanced Chemical Engineering from London South Bank University (2021-2022), a Galileo Masters Certificate in Hydrogen Energy from the Renewable Energy Institute (February 2023 - August 2023), and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University (2018-2021). Additionally, Joshua completed A Levels in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Music Technology, along with an AS Level in Physics at Hills Road Sixth Form (2015-2017).
