Jeanine Eckenrode has been working in higher education for over two decades. Jeanine began their career as an AmeriCorps VISTA member with the National Family Partnership before taking on positions at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, Wells College, and Cayuga Community College. In 2014, they became the AVP of Enrollment Management at Onondaga Community College, where they oversaw five departments: Testing Services, Admissions Processing, Transition Team, Advising Center and Registration and Records. In 2019, Jeanine took on their current role as Campus Center Director at Finger Lakes Community College.

Jeanine Eckenrode has a Master of Science from Nazareth College in Art Therapy/Therapist, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Pace University in Psychology, and an Associate's degree from Onondaga Community College in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities.

Their manager is Carol S. Urbaitis, VP, Enrollment Management. They work with Samantha Boccacino - Director, Athletics, Donald Emirbayer - Campus Center Director, and Christen Accardi - Director, Marketing.
