Lauri Esko has a diverse work experience that spans over many years. Lauri started their career as a Product Manager at DL Distributors in 2008 and held the position until 2009. Lauri then joined Finestmedia Ltd in 2009 as a Team Manager and later took on the role of Project Manager, Analyst, and Tester. In these positions, they were responsible for various tasks such as project planning, resource management, software testing, and requirements analysis. Lauri worked at Finestmedia Ltd until 2020. From 2007 to 2016, they also worked as a Lector at Tallinn University. Currently, Lauri is working at Finestmedia as a Business Unit Manager, where their focus revolves around developing software solutions and providing consultancy services to clients.

Lauri Esko attended Kuusalu Keskkool from 1993 to 2005, where they completed their high school education. Following this, they enrolled in Tallinn University from 2005 to 2008 to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. After a gap, they returned to Tallinn University in 2023 and completed a Master's degree in Management of Information Technology in 2024.
