Indrė Kirkilytė is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of the Talent Sourcing department at Finesta since October 2017, where responsibilities include leading sourcing strategies and optimizing sourcing operations. Indrė has held several key positions within Finesta, including Managing Director for the LT Branch and HoReCa Business Director, overseeing recruitment projects and managing customer relationships. In addition to current roles at Finesta and serving as a Board Member at the Estonian Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania since January 2021, Indrė's previous experience includes project management at UAB Emplonet and various HR and sales roles at SOL Baltics and UAB "Žinių centras." Indrė holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from VILNIUS TECH, awarded in 2013.
