Sofia Fernandes has over 15 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Finerge since December 2015, where responsibilities include managing learning and development, integration, and performance evaluation aligned with business objectives. Previously, Sofia worked as HR People & Business Partner at Enel Green Power Iberia, focusing on human resource management and organizational change. Additional roles include Human Resources Manager at Finerge, Olbo&Mehler, and FITOR, and Human Resources Generalist at VALEO. Sofia holds a Licentiate degree in Human Resources Management from ISLA and a Post Graduation in HR Strategic Management from APG.
