Marcin Puchala has a wealth of experience in the software engineering field. Marcin started their career at Welocalize in 2000 and served as a Senior Software Engineer for six years before joining Microsoft in 2006. At Microsoft, they held the position of Senior Software Engineer and was responsible for online build engineering until 2007. In 2007, Marcin moved to CR2 where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer, specializing in Build & Release Development. Marcin then joined FINEOS in 2008 as a Senior Software Engineer. Throughout their career, Marcin has demonstrated their expertise in software engineering and has held various senior roles in different companies.

Marcin Puchala's education history begins in 1994 when they enrolled at Politechnika Częstochowska. From 1994 to 1999, they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering with Applied Computer Science, earning their M.Sc. During the same period, in 1998 and 1999, they also engaged in postgraduate studies in Marketing at Politechnika Częstochowska. Moving forward, from 2003 to 2004, Puchala attended Technological University Dublin, where they obtained a Diploma in J2E Programming. Lastly, in 2005 and 2006, they studied at the Institute of Irish Exporters, completing a Professional Diploma in Global Trade and E-Business.
